By posting on this forum you are giving TransAtlantic Creative Inc permission to administrate and moderate your posts as seen fit. We can not guarantee that every post will be monitored due to large volumes of traffic to this site. If you see anything that offends you then please report that post to Admin, Geoff or Trevor who moderate this site.

By submitting your confession or secret to The Confession Center you hereby grant The Confession Centre a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and otherwise exercise all copyright and publicity rights with respect to that information at its sole discretion, including storing it on The Confession Centre servers (or servers operated and maintained on behalf of The Confession Center) and incorporating it in other works in any media now known or later developed including without limitation published books.

If you do not wish to grant The Confession Centre these rights, do not submit any information to this website. The Confession Centre reserves the right to select, edit and arrange submissions, and remove any posting from The Confession Center website at any time and at its sole discretion.

Offensive or illegal material and submissions will be removed without notice.

To make post s and /or read the Confession Center you must be over the age of 13 years of age . Y ou must be over the age of 18 to post and read on the Adult Confession Center.  We will not be held responsible for damages if minors visit and/or post on ANY part the Confession Center site .

You must not display personal information that could identify you, your location or any contact information, We will not be able to responsible for any damages resulting in you posting such information.

You agree not to post any abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, sexually-orientated or any other material that may violate any laws be it of your country, the country where “The Confession Center” is hosted or International Law. Doing so may lead to you being immediately and permanently banned, with notification of your Internet Service Provider if deemed required by us. The IP address of all posts are recorded to aid in enforcing these conditions.
